My interest in design began in architectural courses during high school. Many of these pages show the beginnings of a type of thinking that can be applied to UI/UX design:
Deconstruction of a whole product into components
Smooth flow
Efficient use of space
Highlighted key features
Architectural sketches & design thinking
These studies required an eye for page structure, attention to detail, and a talent for creating intriguing designs that would draw the reader in.
Above all, there was a need to understand each of the components of a building and what purpose they served.
